This course will cover:
- Recognising healthy and unhealthy weight in childhood
- The effects of being overweight on children's health
- Healthy childhood lifestyle
- Actions to take and support available
This resource has been co-produced with people with lived experience of a learning disability, autism, or both, along with family and parent carers, parents, professionals and other subject matter experts across a range of services.
